The original REP series has the company’s “Hypertac” hyperboloid contacts and is rated for >20,000 mating cycles.

Easy REP connectors offer a maximum 18A rating, dependable signal integrity, and no contact interruption for longer than 50ns.

These 1.5mm diameter screw-machined contacts, known as the “MR contact” (Original REP is “HC”), are available for cables ranging in diameter from 0.75 to 2.5mm2 (18-13AWG). It is crimp-and-poke assembled.

With a silicone over-moulded grommet and interface sealing, 2, 6, and 12 contact Easy REP connections are available. This prevents leakage between the plastic connector body and the silicone seal, allowing the business to claim IP66/IP67 environmental protection.

RoHS III compatible materials adhere to NF F 61-030, EN 45545-2, and EN 61-373 Category 2 for vibration resistance in the rail industry.
